Food

We will be serving dinner, catered by Chestnut Tree Catering.  Our (tentative) menu (vegetarian dishes in bold, though some of the others probably are, too; we're checking): 
  • Hors d'oeuvres:
    • Crostini with roasted garlic
    • Mushrooms stuffed with Italian sausage
    • Meat pasties (turnovers stuffed with meat, basically)
  • Main courses:
    • Crusty peasant-type breads and foccacia with sweet butter
    • Soft cheeses with fresh fruits and sliced baguettes
    • Grilled and marinated vegetables
    • Mixed organic baby greens with gorgonzola, toasted pecans, pears
    • Roast beef au jus
    • Roast lamb chops
    • Some form of pasta.
There will also be coffee, tea, and wine, and a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting from The Prolific Oven
